4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content: You retain all rights to the games and content you submit. By submitting content, you grant TopazGame a limited, non-exclusive license to review and evaluate your submission.

4.2 Our Content: All content on the TopazGame website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TopazGame and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Publishing Agreement

If your game is selected for publishing, a separate publishing agreement will govern the relationship between you and TopazGame. These Terms do not constitute a publishing agreement.

6. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Not submit content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights

9. Limitation of Liability
